This Friday May 3, is Middlesex Elementary's field day! Students will be participating in a variety of relays with their grade level throughout the morning. Your child may want to bring a hat, blanket/towel and a water bottle. They should wear shoes that are good for running in (no flip flops).
Students will start arriving to the field around 8:30 and the events will begin at 9:00. We will have Pelican's Snoballs , Howell Farms Ice Cream, and Chick-fil-A here selling items. If you are wanting your child to be able to purchase any items, please make sure you send them with some extra money on Friday. The field day events will end around 11:30 on Friday.
We want to remind everyone, other school age students should not be at any event at Middlesex Elementary that takes place during school hours. The expectation is those students should be at the school in which they attend. Also, if a Middlesex Elementary student is not in attendance on the day of the event, they should not attend the event. If you bring a school age child to the field day, they will not be allowed to attend.
